    We take the time to find our customers toys with quality manufacturing and features, but should an item prove to be faulty or cease to operate to your expectaions, we  are here to help! A selection of products we carry are warrantied "in house", but the majority of items the manufacturer desires to have our customers contact them directly.


    We repsectfully ask our customers with in house warranty claims to follow the following procedures:

    - Thoroughly clean and disinfect your item, as we will not inspect an item which has any residue or finger prints visible, as this may delay the inspection process or cause us to ask you to remove your item from our consideration.

    - Warranty claims must include the item as well as charging cable if applicable.

    - A replacement toy is only applicable to the faulty toy. Accessories within the original package such as charging cables will not be replaced.

    - Warranty claims are handled by management and/or repair service personnel only. Sales clerks can not issue replacement toys.

    - Please DO NOT ship a toy for warranty replacement without an authorized return number. To obtain this number, kindly contact us via email with an explination of your item's issues.

    - Kindly allow 12 - 72 hours for thorough testing of your item as we are obligated to establish the reason for your return to our distributor.

    - Leave your name, a copy of your original receipt, contact information and reason for warranty claim when you drop off your item.

    - With certain brands, we are limited in the number of replacements we can offer. In most cases, a toy could be replaced twice, but if a third replacement is needed, you would need to deal with the manufacturer directly.

    Please note: Silicone surfaces damaged from using silicone lube, boiling or dish-washing electronics, severe trauma and deep cuts or gouges are not covered by warranties




    All of these products are warrantied at LOVE DEN for 1 full year from date of purchase.

    Toys with magnetic charging pads are warrantied for full submerging in water, but toys with pin style charging ports are considered splash proof only.

    After the one year period, the customer must deal with the company personally.

    You do not need to pre-register your toy for a warranty.

    In order to receive a replacement for the product, go to: and submit the provided form.

     Once you submit the form, you will receive a confirmation on the next page, which will also be e-mailed to you. Further instructions will follow in the confirmation.  Your product will be replaced with the same item or similar. When they receive the item, should the product be out of stock or discontinued, they will contact you to let you know what your options are for a replacement. If you have any questions prior to processing this warranty please submit your inquiry through the contact page. Please be advised that if you misplaced your packaging or receipt, you will still be able to receive a replacement upon returning your defective product. You may send the product without packaging in order to save on shipping costs.

    All BMS products have a 90-Day Limited Warranty through BMS. Any defective product must be returned to BMS with an itemized receipt as proof of purchase. Limited Warranty applies only to products that are returned within 90-days of the in-store purchase date. If a product is deemed defective by BMS, the customer will receive a replacement product.

    Limited Warranty: To prolong the life of your product, remove batteries when not in use. Rechargeable items should be charged every few months to preserve battery life. Limited warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the purchased product and does not cover damages caused by physical or natural destruction, misuse, or other external causes. Only manufacturer defects will qualify as a defective product and will be replaced at the discretion of BMS.

    • All return product claims MUST be authorized by BMS Factory. Failure to obtain BMS authorization before returning product may result in refusal of the shipment at the sender's expense.
    • Once the return is authorized, the customer’s name and shipping information must be clearly marked on the shipping box.
    • The customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs when returning the product to BMS. BMS will cover the shipping costs associated with sending the replacement item back to the customer. If the item is found to be working when reviewed, BMS will not cover the costs to return the item back to the customer.

    All Swan brand products made by BMS offer a complimentary 1-year limited warranty for any defects in materials and workmanship from the date of original retail purchase. All Swan brand products also provide an extended 10-yearguarantee to its very appreciated customer. Register at the Swan website within one year of your original purchase and receive a 10-year quality guarantee in addition to our 1-year warranty, the 10-year guarantee provides you with 50% off on your purchase of a new product of equal or lesser value.     • Effective immediately, the new CalExotics warranty program covers products up to one year after the purchase date. Consumers can take advantage of the warranty program for any CalExotics product purchased within the last year.
    • Additional 10-year replacement guarantee is available for Vanity by JOPEN and EGO by JOPEN. Details on this policy are available once the item is registered.
    • The warranty covers your CalExotics product for all manufacturing defects up to 1 year after the purchase date.
    • During this warranty period you may file a claim and receive a replacement piece of the same model free of charge.     Four Steps to Activate Your CalExotics Product Warranty

    1. Create an Online Consumer Account - You need to create an online account on this website. Click on the "Create an Account" red button on the right to start your account creation. Follow the instructions on the screen. Make sure you enter your correct email address. Our website will send a notification to your email address. Follow the instruction in the email to activate your online account. If you don't see the email in your in-box, please check your spam box and make sure to move the email to your in-box. 
    2. Register a New Product - After you've logged in, click on the "My Registered Products" link on the left column in the My Account screen. If you have registered products before, all your registered products will be displayed in the top section of the screen. You may view or update the registration information at any time. To register a new product, please click on the "Register New Product" red button. Please note that you need to upload a copy of your purchase receipt for each item you want to register.
    3. File a Warranty Claim - click on the "My Warranty Claims" link on the left column in the My Account screen. If you have claimed a warranty before, all your claim history will be displayed in the top section of the screen. You may view your claim status. To file a new claim, please click on the "Create New Warranty Claim" red button down below to start the claim process - one product per claim. You will see your claim information in the following 3 ways. Save the claim details for the next action.

    Your claim process will not stop here.  To complete the claim, you must ship your product back to us.  Please follow the below steps after you submit your claim online.

    1. When you are ready to ship the product back to us for a replacement, remember to enclose a copy of the claim - print a copy of your claim details in step 3 above - into the return package. Remember to write the unique Claim # outside of the package to expedite your claim process. Mail your product, the adapter/plug/base, a copy of your receipt and the claim form to the warranty department. (address available on claim form)
      Please allow 10-12 business days from the day we receive it for processing, plus shipping time back to you via US mail. We suggest you send your package via USPS with tracking for confirmation.
    2. You will receive a tracking number after we ship your replacement.




    To submit your ninety (90) day or one (1) year product warranty claim, simply follow the instructions online.

    Your original purchase receipt will be required as evidence that the date of your claim falls within the warranty period.

    NS Novelties products carry a Limited 1 year Warranty from the date of purchase. If your product fails to work due to any defect in workmanship or materials, NS Novelties will replace your purchase with a brand new same product.

     The warranty period is 10 years . Excluded from the 10 year warranty period is the charging cables and suction cups.

    If you would like to make a warranty claim, you must return the faulty item to us. In this case the customer must cover the shipping costs. Should we determine a warranty claim is acceptable, we will send you a replacement and refund you the postage costs for the most reasonable shipping method.

    All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization, (RMA) number.     You must enclose a copy of the original receipt with the faulty item . We will reject a returned toy if it does not have a receipt enclosed. We can only finally calculate the warranty deadline based on this proof.

    The warranty comprises the warranted properties of the products as stated in the service/article descriptions. Excluded from the warranty are in particular wear and tear, the full consumption of the goods or defects caused owing to circumstances that occurred owing to wrong use or owing to a conduct, which does not fall in our area of responsibility. If the replacement of the same model is no longer possible we are at liberty to supply you with a corresponding successor model in this case.

    In particular also damages or defects, which were caused due to a use that is not in line with the service/article descriptions, improper handling or storage and/or a handling or storage that does not correspond with the intended use and/or result from the failure to comply with possible installation regulations will not fall under the warranty of 10 years granted by us. We shall also exclude the warranty for the cases, with which the defects were caused by the fact that the respective instructions for use were not complied with.

    We further politely point out to you that the warranty period itself will not be extended in the event of a warranty claim. We can, of course, not grant a new warranty period of 10 years once again in these cases either. The residual warranty period for the product originally purchased from us will, however, also continue to apply.





    All Vibratex products are backed by a one-year limited warranty.
